The One Network Story
The One Network began with Emma, its founder, whose natural ability to connect people and genuine passion for helping others succeed became the driving force behind everything that followed.Â
Emma saw first-hand how powerful the right introduction could be, not just for generating business, but for building confidence, collaboration and long-term relationships. She set out to create a space where those kinds of meaningful connections could happen more often, and more naturally.
What started as face-to-face networking events across London quickly grew into a thriving community. Emma’s energy, intuition and instinct for bringing the right people together turned simple events into powerful opportunities for business owners to connect, share ideas and support one another.
When COVID brought in-person events to a halt, Emma didn’t pause, she adapted. She moved the community online, ensuring that business owners could continue to connect, collaborate and support each other during an uncertain time. This shift also inspired the name ONE, originally standing for Online Networking Events.
As the network expanded, Emma recognised something important: business owners didn’t just need more networking. They needed better, more relevant connections. They needed introductions that actually made sense for their business.
Drawing on her own connecting instincts, Emma devised the algorithm behind OLGA (the One Lead Generation Algorithm). OLGA was built to replicate and scale what Emma does naturally: match the right people together based on their needs, goals and opportunities.
What began as an idea has grown into a secure platform where members receive tailored business matches, connect directly and build meaningful relationships within the wider One Network community.
Continuing to evolve that vision, Emma has led the development of OLGA SmartMatch which is a more refined, high-value matching service designed for businesses seeking carefully selected, vetted and strategically aligned opportunities.
