Ian has spent over 30 years working across technology, operations and small business ownership, with the last 20 years focused on helping business owners get better results from their websites, email, hosting, CRM systems, automations and day-to-day processes.

He has worked with many “accidental business owners”, helping them move from simply doing the work to thinking more strategically as business owners, employers and entrepreneurs.

As Chief Operations Officer at The One Network, Ian’s role brings together strategy, systems, product development and team support. He helps shape the direction of the business, improve the tools and services members rely on, and make sure the team has what they need to do their best work.
