Before founding The One Network, I was a happy sales executive who seemed to spend a large part of my time introducing people to one another. Friends, clients and business contacts were constantly asking, “Do you know anyone who needs this?” or “Can you recommend somebody who does that?”

As someone who naturally knows a lot of people across different industries, I found myself making introductions almost every day. One day I thought, “There has to be an easier way to do this.”

That simple thought led to the creation of The One Network and later OLGA SmartMatch.

When I started, I genuinely thought it would take a year, perhaps two, to build. Seven years later, I’m still on the journey and probably not even halfway through. But I absolutely love it.

I’ve always been a natural connector. Even as a child, I was introducing friends to each other and bringing people together. Today, I’m doing exactly the same thing, just with technology helping me do it on a much bigger scale.

There is something incredibly rewarding about introducing two people who had never heard of each other and then watching new opportunities, partnerships, friendships and businesses grow as a result.
