Membership Agreement (Terms & Conditions)

1. Introduction

Welcome to The One Network Community and the OLGA platform. This Membership Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your subscription and use of our services.

By becoming a member, you agree to comply with this Agreement, our Acceptable Use & Community Conduct Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2. What’s Included in Your Membership

Your subscription includes:

  • Up to 24 OLGA email introduction matches per month.
  • Access to the OLGA dashboard and online community spaces.
  • Invitations to The One Network online and in-person events.
  • One monthly 1:1 Power Hour with a TON Sales Consultant.
  • Access to The One Network Referral Agreement.

3. Your Responsibilities as a Member

By joining, you agree to:

  • Use OLGA and community spaces only for genuine networking, referrals, and collaboration.
  • Treat other members with respect, both online and at events.
  • Comply with our Acceptable Use & Community Conduct Policy.
  • Keep your membership details accurate and up to date.
  • Not misuse member contact data or add members to marketing lists without explicit consent.

4. Behaviour at Events

Whether attending online or in person, you agree to follow our Event Participation Guidelines:

  • Be professional, inclusive, and respectful.
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour.
  • Respect the structure of events and time given to each participant.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal and business information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Your profile and contact details may be shared with other members for networking purposes only.

We will never sell your data.

6. Payments and Cancellations

  • Membership fees are payable in advance by subscription.
  • If you cancel, your membership will end at the close of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused membership periods or removal due to breach of this Agreement.

  • We are not responsible for any business or financial outcomes resulting from introductions, referrals, or matches made through OLGA or The One Network.
  • We do not guarantee a particular number of referrals or business opportunities.
  • Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both you and The One Network agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
