Mark’s career in Estate Agency began in 1979 when he left school and took his first estate agency job in central London. Over four decades of experience under his belt working with both corporate and independent estate agencies along the way, He recently set up sales departments for two independent estate agents building them from the ground up, one in Watford and the other based in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
He believes: “the industry has evolved over the past few years. I am accountable by owning my own estate agents because in today’s property market, the emphasis is now focused on the individual estate agent rather than the name above the door.
